WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should you need to cancel an appointment please call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

Houston Cardiac Clinic participates in a variety of HMO and PPO programs and accepts most major group coverage. Our staff can assist you with insurance questions and claims. Medicare assignments are also accepted.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

We are sensitive to concerns about the high cost of medical procedures, but want out patients to receive the most appropriate diagnostics evaluation and treatment possible. In the event of financial concerns, please feel free to openly discuss matters with our business manager. We will cooperate with you in every way possible to arrange convenient terms for payment of accounts not payable by insurance.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Appointments are scheduled for your convenience. Please call the office to find out if your appointment can be scheduled the same day. Our staff will work with you to get the earliest possible appointment.
